Read frequently asked questions about Acupuncture and NAET treatments:
Is acupuncture/NAET safe?
Both acupuncture and NAET are safe. Lani J. Lee is an experienced practitioner of both techniques, and NAET is non-invasive and painless. The only side effects one might notice are a sense of well-being and relaxation.
How long will it take for me to be cured?
Since acupuncture and NAET rely on making your body strong enough to heal itself, there is no way of predicting how many treatments it will take for any given condition. Those with strong constitutions typically heal more quickly, though acupuncture is not a miracle or “cure-all” treatment. The ultimate goal of acupuncture is to maintain an optimum state of health.
Should I do anything special before or after treatment?
Wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes is advised. Please remember to eat something one or two hours prior to treatment: having an acupuncture or NAET treatment on an empty stomach may cause you to feel dizzy and/or nauseous during or after treatment.
After treatment, relax! In fact, no matter how good you feel after an acupuncture or NAET treatment, it’s vital that you give your body time to rest and recover in order for the healing to set in.
